- Contract Management – authoring and reviewing contracts and other B2B agreements, including Engineering Service Agreements (ESA), Statements of Work (SOW), Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C), and product warranty documents as both the supplier and the supply chain manager.
- Conventions and Trade Shows – designing and manning trade show booths, authoring white papers, presenting topics of interest, and participating in committees defining technical specifications.
- Litigation Support – support with patent applications, patent infringement suits, contracts, warranties, and intellectual property (IP) related disputes.
- Managing Projects That Include Contractors and Subcontractors – experience with coordinating teams from different companies spread geographically across the country and the world.
- Managing Projects as a Contractor – planning and bidding projects in a competitive environment, presenting work plans to customers, tracking project progress, and ensuring all project requirements complete and verified.
- Purchasing and Receiving – experience developing incoming inspection procedures for electronic-related components, developing supplier qualification procedures, setting up nonconforming product areas, and developing sophisticated inventory tracking systems.
- Custom Computer Builds – built many custom high-end machines including triple monitor, RAID 0/1, with wireless networking capabilities, Blu-ray burners, USB 3.0, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) capabilities for both personal and professional use. Also managed file and email server builds including the selection of hardware and server operating systems.
